As you begin planning your wedding at Allegro, you’ll hear a lot of terms thrown around—especially when it comes to who does what on your big day. One of the most common points of confusion is the difference between a venue attendant and a wedding coordinator. While both roles are essential to creating a smooth and stress-free celebration, they serve very different purposes.

Your Venue Attendant: Included with Every Allegro Rental

At Allegro, every couple is provided with a venue attendant as part of their rental package. This person is a representative of the venue and is there to assist with anything related to the physical space. They’ll help with opening and closing the property, monitoring the timeline for venue access, and handling any venue-specific concerns that arise during the event (like restroom restocking, temperature adjustments, or lighting assistance). Think of them as your go-to for all things Allegro-related—but not someone who will run your wedding.

Your Wedding Coordinator: Required, But Not Included

While a venue attendant supports the space, a wedding coordinator supports you. A coordinator manages your vendors, keeps your wedding timeline on track, runs your rehearsal, cues your ceremony, solves problems before you even know they exist, and ensures your vision is executed exactly how you imagined. This role is required for all events at Allegro, and couples are responsible for hiring their own coordinator. This ensures that your day flows smoothly from start to finish and that someone is fully dedicated to your overall experience—not just the venue logistics.

Why Both Roles Matter

Together, a venue attendant and a wedding coordinator form a behind-the-scenes team that keeps everything running like clockwork. The attendant protects the integrity and smooth operation of the venue, while your coordinator handles every detail that makes the day uniquely yours.
